PHOENIX – When Super Bowl XLIX comes to town in a little less than nine weeks, it is expected to bring thousands of U.S. and international visitors – and a huge boost to the Valley’s economy. Besides direct spending for lodging, travel, dining and more, the event will focus the eyes of the nation on Arizona, possibly leading to future tourism. And local leaders said they plan to bring 50 CEOs to town to look at long-term business and investment opportunities in the state.
