AZ teachers caught in middle of standardized testing debate

PHOENIX – While some legislators support Arizona School Superintendent Diane Douglas’ opposition to standardized testing and the Common Core, Valley teachers are caught in the middle. Glendale middle school teacher Steven Hughes said he supports standardized testing although the rolling out of the new AZ Merit test could stand to change.
